I have spent my career inside delivery: running programs, standing up operations, and getting systems into production across martech, adtech, e-commerce, education, and enterprise finance. The work changed from industry to industry. The way it went wrong mostly didn't.
That repetition is what I sell. Not a stack, not a methodology, but the judgment about which problems are worth solving at all, built from watching the same failures recur in very different places.
I work with a small number of companies at a time, usually as a fractional CTO, and usually when something has stalled and nobody can quite say why.
